everybody talk to your own cultureCoach non-colonizers as they arrive:
  1. show them their cards and remind them of the rules for eating.
    1. Remind them how they need to trade to get cards of different suits in Round 1.
    2. They will need to get cards of the same suit in Round 2 (but a different suit than they started with)
    3. They can only harvest as many Fruit Loops as they have “scored” in their card-trading in that round.
  2. If they do not have enough food, some of them must starve and become refugees in a foreign land.
  3. If they get taken over, they may lose their ability to harvest Fruit Loops and be forced to buy Cheerios.
  4. Remind them to keep a high card ready to defend their power circle, and
  5. NO STALLING. They must fight when the colonizer attacks or they give up their power circle.
  6. Show them the schedule so they can see when rounds will start and end (on cell phone time)
Evan, Hillary, Autumn, and Wesch
Coach colonizers as they arrive:
  1. They start the round by placing a Yellow Card in their “natural resources expended” bin. (put the first in there for them to demonstrate)
  2. Goal: Create a global economy.
  3. They can only grow cotton, Fruit Loops, and Cocoa Puffs in certain places. Encourage them to colonize at least one of each and get their global economy rolling.
  4. Show them the broken yellow card and tell them to go colonize a labor colony to put it together for them. No colonizer should work. They can be more effective by getting others to work for them.
  5. Show them the schedule so they can see when rounds will start and end (on cell phone time)
